Terms of Service — Australia

The rules for using Viboserve as a client or provider.

Your consumer rights in Australia

Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010) — services must be provided with due care and skill; you keep remedies that cannot be excluded. Complaints can be raised with ACCC / OAIC.

Who we are

Viboserve (viboserve.com) is a global services platform. Clients book services; Viboserve schedules jobs to providers it employs or engages, and bills clients directly.

Accounts

You must give accurate details, keep your password safe and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. One person or business per account.

Bookings and prices

Prices shown on a listing are what the client pays, less any first-order discount. Providers do not charge clients separately.

Providers

Providers list only services they are qualified and legally allowed to provide in their country, and describe their delivery mode and service area accurately.

Pay

Employed providers receive a base salary and completion bonuses as described in their agreement. Base salary requires the weekly growth checklist to be complete.

Disputes

Either party can open a dispute on an order. Viboserve reviews evidence and makes the final decision, including any refund.

Prohibited use

No illegal services, harassment, fraud, spam, or attempts to move payment off the platform.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Viboserve is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes in the app.
