Account details (name, email), profile and listing content, location you choose to share (country, region, city and map point), orders, messages, and — for providers — payout and employment details.

Why

To run bookings, match clients with providers in their area, pay providers, prevent fraud and improve the service.

Who sees it

Public profile and listing details are visible to everyone. Bank details, salary and employment status are visible only to you and Viboserve administrators.

Location

City search and “Near me” use OpenStreetMap. Your precise position is only used to fill in your area; we store the place you select.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, the UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act or the CCPA) you can access, correct, export or delete your data. Contact us through Help.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as long as the law requires for tax and payroll records.

International transfers

Viboserve operates globally, so data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.
